Dan Henderson Jr., CCIM, MBA, Broker in Charge and Principal was taught at a young age by his Grandfather Bissell Jenkins Jr. that to build successful Real Estate Company you must build lasting relationships.  “We don’t want Clients to complete one deal with us; we want Clients for a lifetime”.  “We strive to keep our services the most effective, efficient and friendly in the marketplace.”  Dan is a third generation Real Estate Broker; his Great Grandfather formed a local Charleston Real Estate Brokerage and Development Firm in the early 1900’s.  Dan’s Family is French Huguenot, his decedents settled in the Charleston in the late 1600’s.

Dan started CCBG in 2003.  Before forming CCBG, he was a top producing commercial broker for a few leading Charleston Area firms.  His goal in forming CCBG was to have a real estate firm that provides a client of a full service real estate firm with a personal touch.


Dan has served the local Charleston Trident Association of Realtors as a current Board Member of The Commercial Industrial Division, a current member of Professional Standards Committee, former Board of Directors Member, and has chaired numerous committees and has been awarded Commercial Realtor of Distinction Award each year since its inception.  In addition, he holds an Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, MBA Degree and the CCIM Designation.

With the changes in the marketplace, CCBG has adapted by offering services its clients needed such as REO Disposition, Court Ordered and Lender Asset Management.

Thomas Henderson, Dan’s Brother is in charge of the Residential and Property Management Division.
