Dan started CCBG in 2003. Before forming CCBG, he was a top producing commercial broker for a few leading Charleston Area firms. His goal in forming CCBG was to have a real estate firm that provides a client of a full service real estate firm with a personal touch.
Dan has served the local Charleston Trident Association of Realtors as a current Board Member of The Commercial Industrial Division, a current member of Professional Standards Committee, former Board of Directors Member, and has chaired numerous committees and has been awarded Commercial Realtor of Distinction Award each year since its inception. In addition, he holds an Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, MBA Degree and the CCIM Designation.
