Dan formed Coastal Commercial Brokerage Group, now CCBG REAL ESTATE GROUP, in the fall of 2003. Before forming CCBG Real Estate Group, Dan was a Top Producing Commercial Broker at a few leading Charleston Area firms. His goal in forming CCBG was to have a Commercial Real Estate Firm that provides the client with the highest level of commercial real estate services available using the latest technology.
He has served on the Board of Directors at the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, served on various Realtor Boards, and has been awarded the Commercial Realtor, Realtor of Distinction Executive Circle Award each year since its inception. In addition, he holds an MBA Degree and the CCIM Designation. Dan is also a licensed Broker in North Carolina.
