Thomas lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife Ellen Scoggin and 13 year son, Thomas Jr. Before joining CCBG, Thomas spent 10 years in corporate management with a social expressions company. Out of college, Thomas worked for then U.S. Congressman Arthur Ravenel, Jr. in Washington, D.C. where he was a Legislative Assistant.
Thomas has held a series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
Served 8 years on the Mount Pleasant Board of Zoning Appeals and was Vice Chairman during his last year.
Served as the Mt Pleasant Sertoma Club President and Treasurer. Has coached many years of Mount Pleasant Recreation sports: soccer, t-ball and basketball.
Educational Experience:
BA in Political Science from the College of Charleston in ’92.
